ABOUT

Shire Shire Fire Candles produces handmade and hand poured 100% soy wax candles, in scents inspired by the Berkshires of Western, Massachusetts.  The company was created in 2017 by sisters Grace Proskin ( age 11), and Isabella Brown ( age 10).  While on a family trip to Western Ireland, the girls and their family visited many small crafters, including a handmade candle company.  They returned to their home in the Berkshires inspired to open a business of their own.  Their entrepreneurial vision for creating a candle company similar to that of the one they visited in Ireland, was brought to life with creative input as well a financial boost from their family and friends.  In August of 2017, Shire Fire Candle Company officially opened its doors in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Today the company has evolved into a family run operation.   All products are carefully produced, using 100% vegan soy wax.   Our mission is to create healthy products that are all natural and produce less soot, so you can burn candles in scents you'll love, and feel healty throughout your day!
